Multifunctional building in Pelhřimov

Diplomová práce řeší projekt novostavby polyfunkčního domu v Pelhřimově. Objekt je tvořen čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází komerční prostory. Tyto prostory jsou tvořeny cestovní kanceláří, prodejnou pečiva, knihkupectvím a prodejnou sportovních potřeb. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází dva samostatné administrativní prostory. Ve třetím a čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží bylo navrženo osm bytů. V každém z těchto podlaží jsou čtyři byty, z nichž dva jsou dispozičně řešeny jako 2+kk a dva jako 3+kk. V podzemním podlaží se nachází společné prostory sloužící pro provoz bytů a řadová garáž. Konstrukční systém objektu je tvořen kombinací železobetonového skeletu a zděného systému. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou s klasickým pořadím vrstev.The diploma thesis deals with a project of a new multifunctional building in Pelhřimov. The object is composed by four above-ground and one underground floor. Commercial premises are located on the first above-ground floor. These premises consist of a travel agency, bakery, bookshop and sports outfitters. Two individual administrative premises can be found on the second floor. Eight flats were designed on the third and the fourth above-ground floor. On each of these floors, there are four flats; two of them were designed as two-bedroom and two of them as three-bedroom flat. A common area and a row garage can be found on the underground floor. The construction system of the object is a combination of reinforced concrete frame and a masonry system. The object is roofed with a warm flat roof with a typical sequence of layers.

Import 22/07/2015Cílem diplomové práce je komparace zdanění příjmů u podnikání osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a společnosti s ručením omezeným. V práci jsou také u vybraných právních forem podnikání zhodnoceny a srovnány další důležité charakteristiky. Poznatky vyplývající z práce by tak měly potenciálním podnikatelům usnadnit výběr vhodné právní formy podnikání. Diplomová práce je členěna do tří hlavních částí. V první části jsou obsaženy obecné charakteristiky osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a společnosti s ručením omezeným s tím, že je kladen důraz zejména na administrativní a finanční náročnost zahájení podnikatelské činnosti, způsob a rozsah ručení za závazky, organizační strukturu a důvěryhodnost vůči ostatním subjektům. Těžištěm diplomové práce je část druhá, která zahrnuje problematiku týkající se zdanění příjmů. Je zde popsán postup výpočtu jednotlivých daní z příjmů a poukázáno na specifika ve zdaňování příjmů u vybraných právních forem podnikání. Ve třetí části jsou obsaženy modelové příklady, na kterých jsou znázorněny nejdůležitější rozdíly ve zdanění příjmů u osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a společnosti s ručením omezeným.The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the income taxes having been submitted by the self-employed people and Limited Liability Company. In this thesis, there are other important characteristics evaluated and compared as particular legal forms of entrepreneurship are concern. Knowledge and results of the thesis should help the potential entrepreneurs to choose the suitable legal form of business. This thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part involves general characteristics of self-employed person and limited liability company; mainly administrative and financial demands of business start-up is stressed as well as the way and scope of obligations guarantee, organizational structure and credibility towards the other subjects. The core of the diploma thesis the second part is including the issues dealing with income taxes. Calculation of particular taxes is described and the specifics of this act being provided by the selected legal business forms are pointed out. Design of Freeflight Helmet

Tématem této diplomové práce je návrh re-designu letecké přilby pro volné létání. Jedná se o sofistikované vybavení, jehož návrh se musí zaměřovat především na bezpečnost, nízkou celkovou hmotnost, bezchybnou ergonomii a nejlepší možné odhlučnění. Důležitými aspekty při designérské tvorbě jsou v tomto případě i oboustranná komunikace prostřednictvím vysílačky a konektivita s mobilním telefonem. Řešení vychází z reálných požadavků českého výrobce paramotorů a leteckého vybavení, firmy Nirvana Systems s.r.o. Tato práce se tedy zabývá nejenom estetickým zpracováním nového modelu letecké přilby, ale také zcela reflektuje veškerá technická, výrobní a ekonomická hlediska.This diploma thesis describes a redesign process of a flight helmet designated to open air flying. The design solution of this sophisticated equipment focuses primarily on safety, low total weight, excellent ergonomics and the best possible sound insulation. In this case, two-way radio communication and mobile phone connectivity are also very important aspects of the final product. The task is based on real demands of the Czech paramotors and aircraft equipment producer - Nirvana Systems s.r.o. Therefore this thesis doesn’t deal only with the aesthetic appearance of the new flight helmet, but it also fully reflects all technical, production and economic aspects.

Displacements Monitoring over Czechia by IT4S1 System for Automatised Interferometric Measurements Using Sentinel-1 Data

The Sentinel-1 satellite system continuously observes European countries at a relatively high revisit frequency of six days per orbital track. Given the Sentinel-1 configuration, most areas in Czechia are observed every 1–2 days by different tracks in a moderate resolution. This is attractive for various types of analyses by various research groups. The starting point for interferometric (InSAR) processing is an original data provided in a Single Look Complex (SLC) level. This work represents advantages of storing data augmented to a specifically corrected level of data, SLC-C. The presented database contains Czech nationwide Sentinel-1 data stored in burst units that have been pre-processed to the state of a consistent well-coregistered dataset of SLC-C. These are resampled SLC data with their phase values reduced by a topographic phase signature, ready for fast interferometric analyses (an interferogram is generated by a complex conjugate between two stored SLC-C files). The data can be used directly into multitemporal interferometry techniques, e.g., Persistent Scatterers (PS) or Small Baseline (SB) techniques applied here. A further development of the nationwide system utilising SLC-C data would lead into a dynamic state where every new pre-processed burst triggers a processing update to detect unexpected changes from InSAR time series and therefore provides a signal for early warning against a potential dangerous displacement, e.g., a landslide, instability of an engineering structure or a formation of a sinkhole. An update of the processing chain would also allow use of cross-polarised Sentinel-1 data, needed for polarimetric analyses. The current system is running at a national supercomputing centre IT4Innovations in interconnection to the Czech Copernicus Collaborative Ground Segment (CESNET), providing fast on-demand InSAR results over Czech territories. A full nationwide PS processing using data over Czechia was performed in 2017, discovering several areas of land deformation. Part of this is research into consumer behavior when purchasing furniture. This work uses eye-tracking research and in-depth interviews. The catalogs are modified in various ways and eye-tracking research evaluates the change of attention over the original form of the catalog. In-depth interviewing primarily serves to understand the consumer's purchasing decisions about furniture. On the basis of the results obtained, recommendations for practice are presented

Vybraná slovansko-křesťanská místa, by měla ležet v okolí Plzně či přímo v Plzni, kvůli umístění ateliéru i pro snazší představu jak a kde instalovat moje dílo. V Plzni a jeho okolí jsem vytipoval několik míst: Hradiště Bukovec, lesopark Homolka na levém cípu Plzně, Starý Plzenec či Hradiště u Březiny na Rokycansku. Bakalářská práce řeší projekt rodinného domu s půjčovnou nářadí v Havlíčkově Brodě. Rodinný dům je určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, má jedno podzemní a dvě nadzemní podlaží. Půjčovna nářadí je navržena jako jednopodlažní s možností přístupu osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Obvodová nosná konstrukce suterénu je navržena z tvárnic ztraceného bednění doplněných o tepelnou izolaci. Obvodové zdivo nadzemní části objektu je řešeno z keramických tvárnic doplněných kontaktním zateplovacím systémem podle zásad ETICS. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických stropních tvarovek a keramicko-betonových nosníků. Celý objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou se spádovou vrstvou z tepelné izolace.This bachelor thesis deals with the project of a detached house with a tool hire in Havlíčkův Brod. The detached house is intended for a four-member family. It has one basement and two above-ground floors. The tool hire is designed as a single-storey unit which enables access of disabled people. The external load-bearing structure of the basement is designed of permanent formwork blocks complemented with thermal insulation. The external wall of the above-ground part of the project is designed of clay blocks complemented with a contact thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The horizontal load-bearing structures are projected of ceiling clay blocks and ceramic-concrete beams. The whole building is roofed with a warm flat roof with a screed to fall of thermal insulation.
